Our first athletic Track we’ve installed at year 1999 in Daugavpils, Latvia. Through the years passed since this job, we’ve successfully completed a great number of installations in different countries around the globe. Europe, Asia, and Africa – there you can find our footprints. At the current days the geography of our crew’s installations is lasting from Russia in the north down to Nigeria in the south, from Spain on the west to India on the east. Right in a center of that most exited experience – the installation of Track surface on Al-Shaab Stadium in Baghdad 2010.
In March 2006 first time in the history of IAAF World Championships this magnificent competition was held in Moscow, Russia. Kanstet Ltd. is proud being designer, manufacturer and supplier of portable Arena for 11-th IAAF World Indoor Championship. Our concept of “Free Hand Installation Company” we finding as a key to set a partner’s relationship with any customer. We do not sale synthetic surface materials; we offer our skill of it proper installation on your projects.
We offer to our customers a full range of services for construction of sports facilities
Did you ever dreamed to offer your customers Portable running Track? We think yes. Any manufacturer of athletic track systems likes to have World and European Championships on his reference list. However you had stopped on the midway. Perhaps the portable track itself, where you’d like install your surface became a main obstacle. Well, such structure isn’t on sale in supermarket next to you. After analyzing all difficulties that you may face and necessary investments, you probably lost your interest. Absolutely in vain. All has already changed. We with pleasure will help you and we will incur the most difficult part of the project – manufacturing of yours Portable Track.
In the year 2006 for the first time in history the IAAF track and field World Championships, the synthetic surface and arena haven't arrived from Apennines peninsula as before. We had success alone, we can repeat it together with you. Having passed a hard way in search of optimum technical decisions, in working out of engineering specifications and manufacturing Portable Track, we have performed the most difficult part of work. Now we invite you to share our success and to lay your surface on the new Portable Track built for you.
As per IAAF requirements the Track length should not exceed 400,040 m and couldn’t be shorter than 400 m along the theoretical running line, the actual track line marking becomes a very delicate and complicate task. It might be done by highly skilled and experienced staff only. Our line markers already were completed a number of projects that successfully passed through IAAF Certification System.
Our line marking crews equiped by Trimble measuring instruments for survey. We use LS12, LS15 (made by SMG Gmbh.) as well as our own designed light weight portable lining machines for easy airplane travel. Our people are ready to flight any time anywhere, where high quality Line Marking is needed.
AutoCAD detailed drawings of all Construction Categories according to the IAAF requirements would be issued by our engineers. All we need to know from customer is a level of athletic competition that would be hosted on your track. The DWG layout drawings of the IAAF Standard 400m outdoor and 200m indoor tracks available per request.
Regardless is it reconstruction of existing facility or new track, the topographic survey creates a base of future layout and calculations of civil works value. As far as IAAF requirements allow the tolerance of the running distance length only +0,0001 x L, the proper stakeout of reference points become most important. Having valuable experience and using most sophisticated measuring equipment as Robotic Total Station, we ensure future Running Track conformity to IAAF Requirements.
As the final result of track surface installation is critically depending of sub base quality, we offer to our customer hi-tech supervision on all previous civil works stages. The result of provided technical support to other subcontractors is shortening of civil works lasting and higher quality.
Our crews have a great experience in installation of all type surface concepts; “semi prefabricated”, “in-situ” and “roll-out products”. All known running track surface systems such as; Full PU, Sandwich and Spray coat, were been installed by our guys in different circumstances and climate conditions. We feel and understand material’s behavior of different manufacturers. As far as we aren’t related to any trade mark we can offer you installation of any brand.

Our concept of the independent installation company allows offer the services to any manufacturer, and our long-term experience – is guarantee of qualitatively performed work. But, now we offer you more. We offer partnership on a new, interesting direction on which you can be successful too. You manufacture synthetic surface, we manufacture Portable Track for you.
