With the switch to LED technology, new suppliers are entering the market and the cards are being reshuffled. It is true that traditional roles and networks still function in the background. But there are always surprises. In November 2022, for example, it was announced in Frankfurt: “Lumosa GmbH will be the new partner of Deutsche Bank Park.” The provider Lumosa was basically no stranger and had already equipped some professional stadiums in different countries. However, the focus was rather on the municipal sector with its sports fields. The construction of the project was carried out by F-S-B, a well-known specialist company in Germany. The two managing directors of Lumosa, Martin Leidl and Tim Schneider, were particularly pleased about the project in Frankfurt: “The partnership with Deutsche Bank Park is an important milestone in our corporate development. (...) We are pleased to accompany the club and this fantastic venue in their consistent efforts with regard to sustainability and energy efficiency. With our LED floodlight, we will make a significant contribution to this.
