Festival with compostable accreditations made from biomass

On 11 September, after a break due to Corona, the second edition of the Jetzt&Immer festival took place in Ratingen am Grünen See. To avoid waste, the festival relied on compostable accreditations from Pe2M.

Due to the professional hygiene concept, up to 2,500 visitors could attend the event with seven bands, street art, food trucks and "liquid food". Sustainability is very important to the organisers and plastic waste was largely avoided.

The compostable XXL biomass accreditation passes supplied by Pe2M also fitted this concept: no petroleum-based raw materials are needed for the exclusive RecyclePass material. In most cases, the attractive passes become sought-after collectors' items - if not, they can be easily recycled or basically disposed of "like a banana skin".

In summary, the colourful mix of music from pop to rock to rap and indie, which was also crowned by beautiful weather, was a complete success. And as we all know, after the festival is before the festival: planning for next year has already begun. (Stadiaworld, 05.10.2021)
