Bolivarian Games were inaugurated with A3 seats.

On Saturday, 16th of November, the XVII Bolivarian Games were inaugurated in the Chan Chan Stadium at Trujillo City, northern Peru. The company Daplast has supplied seats for the stadium with capacity for 5,500 people, which has been built during this year.

The ceremony took place with the presence of the President of the Republic, Ollanta Humala, the president of the ODEBO (Bolivarian Sports Organization), Danilo Carrera, the Peruvian Olympic Committee president Jose Quiñones and other authorities, opening the event which took place from Saturday 16th to the 30th of November. This edition included the participation of 6,000 athletes from 11 countries competing in 57 different sports.

The countries which participated in the games were: Peru, Venezuela, Panama, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, and as guests attend Chile, El Salvador, Guatemala, Paraguay and Dominican Republic.

For the Gran Chimu Coliseum, another Bolivarian Games’ sports venue, Daplast provided 5,650 CR2 seats in 2011. This facility was inaugurated for the Youth Volleyball Games of Peru. (Stadiaworld, 04.12.2013)
