Besides Edgardo Baltodano Briceño Stadium, Daplast has supplied stadium seats for another football stadium that also hosts the current FIFA U17 World Cup of Women in Costa Rica: the Alejandro Morera Soto Stadium. The Final of the Championship will be played on the 4th of April.
The selected seat is the CR5 model, the same seat that is installed at the stadium of (in) Liberia. The World Cup is played in four cities: Liberia, Alajuela, Tibás and San José.
The Edgardo Baltodano Briceño Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Liberia. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Municipal Liberia. The stadium holds 5,979 people and was built in 1970.
The Alejandro Morera stadium is owned by the club La Liga Deportiva Alajuelense (LDA) which is among Costa Rica’s leading sides, with an honour list that includes 29 league titles and 20 times runners-up.
