PreZero Arena Gliwice: Polish Pioneer

The PreZero Arena Gliwice is the newest multifunctional arena in Poland – the venue aims to become the "most sustainable in the entire country." A look behind the scenes reveals how this goal is being pursued with a new naming partner.

With a population of around 185,000, Gliwice is the fourth-largest city in the Silesian Voivodeship. The city’s history dates back to the 13th century, and today it is known for its diverse architecture and a wide range of cultural, sports, and leisure activities. A landmark of the region for several years is the PreZero Arena Gliwice. The arena celebrated its fifth anniversary this year and is thus the youngest in Poland. “Since May 2018, when the arena first opened its doors to the public, we have welcomed over 1.5 million visitors,” recalls Konrad Kozioł, Sales and Marketing Director of the PreZero Arena Gliwice.
