Hospitality packages launched for Olympic Winter Games

Fans around the world can access exclusive hospitality packages for the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, with a wide range of offerings being unveiled by the Milano Cortina 2026 Organising Committee its partner.

Building on the successful launch of the IOC’s revamped global hospitality model, which was introduced at the Olympic Games Paris 2024, this will be the first time that such a comprehensive hospitality programme has been offered for the Olympic Winter Games.

Once-in-a-lifetime hospitality experiences

The Milano Cortina 2026 Hospitality Programme includes a range of options tailored to suit both corporate clients and members of the public, with all packages featuring tickets to a Winter Olympic sporting event or ceremony alongside dining and entertainment offerings.

These include Ticket-Inclusive Hospitality Packages, which provide access to shared or private lounges located within the event venues. These spaces, designed with Alpine-inspired décor, feature exquisite regional Italian cuisine and offer premium service before, during and after the chosen events.

For those seeking a seamless travel experience, the Overnight Packages include two-to-four nights of accommodation, tickets to Olympic events, and a comprehensive transport service. These packages ensure comfort and convenience while enabling visitors to explore the breathtaking Dolomites and charming Italian villages.

For a more personalised experience, the Custom Programmes provide tailored hospitality that includes exclusive accommodation, private transport and curated activities such as tours of the Dolomites or private meetings with Olympians and Paralympians.

Hospitality options also extend to the highly anticipated Opening Ceremony in Milan and the Closing Ceremony in Verona, allowing guests to witness these historic events in unmatched style and comfort.

The Opening Ceremony Package offers premium seating, a night in a 4-star hotel, VIP transportation, and a gourmet dinner starting at 2,500 EUR (2,563 USD / 2,104 GBP) per person. The Ski Alpine Finals Package includes tickets to the final competitions, two nights at a 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, meet-and-greets with former Olympic champions, and private shuttle services, starting at EUR 3,800 (3,896 USD / 3,199 GBP) per person. The Ice Hockey Semifinals Package features premium tickets, a 4-star hotel stay, VIP lounge access with catering, and exclusive souvenir shop access, priced from 2,200 EUR (2,256 USD / 1,852 GBP) per person.

On Location is responsible for the realisation of the hospitality experiences. The company has been appointed as the exclusive service provider for the Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026 and LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and is working closely with the respective organising committees.
