The Sportboulevard Dordrecht is a new three-in-one sport complex in Dordrecht, The Netherlands. The Spanish producer of stadium seats daplast S.A. provided the seats for the different sport venues like an ice hockey rink, a swimming pool and a sports hall.
The company from Cordoba, Spain installed totally 1.700 seats. The daplast models CR-M, tip up seats model AB, and units of the A-2 model without back rest were installed in Dordrecht. All seats have various colours according to the architects design.
The Sportboulevard Dordrecht is the biggest covered sport complex in The Netherlands with a total floor space of approximately 40.000 square meters. The complex provides three sport venues in one: an ice hockey rink (ice stadium) including a long track, an Olympic swimming pool and a sport hall. Right after the opening many national and international events have been organised like the Dutch Championships in Karate and a Water polo match between the Netherlands and Croatia.
