Legends-ASM Global-Joint Venture Announces New Name
Following the completion of the acquisition, a new name and joint branding have been agreed upon: In future, the merged company comprising Legends and ASM Global will operate under the name “Legends Global”.
The acquisition of venue management specialist ASM Global by US industry giant Legends was announced back in November 2023. Following the final takeover in August 2024, the joint branding has now also been announced: The new entity will operate under the name “Legends Global” and position itself as a leading international provider of premium services for venues and live events.
